Short Summary:
We are seeking an ASL & MT Data Quality & Control Analyst to support a high-performing Collateralized Lending Operations team. This role is responsible for supporting the setup, closing, servicing, and ongoing maintenance of asset-secured lending products while ensuring data quality, operational accuracy, and regulatory compliance throughout the loan lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
- Support operational processing for collateralized lending products throughout the trade lifecycle.
- Review loan documentation and ensure accurate loan setup and maintenance.
- Perform loan servicing activities and maintain loan product data.
- Support financial covenant monitoring and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Partner with Front Office, Sales & Trading, Asset Management, Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams.
- Investigate and resolve operational exceptions and data quality issues.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing while minimizing operational risk.
- Support KYC and client onboarding activities as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation and operational records.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and controls.

Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Fundamental knowledge of Loan Operations strongly preferred
- Experience in one or more of the following: Loan Operations, Middle Office, Loan Servicing, Loan Product Setup
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office Suite
