Short Summary:
Crusoe is on a mission to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence, operating as a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company. The role involves serving as the Finance Business Partner to Crusoe's Digital Infrastructure Group, focusing on financial modeling, deal analytics, and capital discipline.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary financial advisor to DIG leadership, providing data-driven analysis on site selection, capacity planning, and market expansion decisions
- Lead financial modeling and analysis to support the structuring, negotiation, and execution of real estate transactions, power agreements, and joint ventures
- Build and maintain the long-range financial model for Crusoe's digital infrastructure buildout
- Own investment-grade returns analysis for new site acquisitions and developments
- Lead monthly and quarterly financial reviews and variance analysis
- Own DIG's annual budget, monthly forecast, and long-range planning processes
- Liaise across Finance, Legal, Treasury, and Corporate Development to structure deals
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and internal controls
Requirement:
- 8+ years of progressive finance experience, with meaningful time in data center, real estate, infrastructure, or energy finance
- Demonstrated expertise in real estate and infrastructure financial modeling
- Proven track record supporting deal structuring, due diligence, and negotiation
- Experience building investment frameworks and business cases for geographic expansion
- Ability to translate complex quantitative analysis into clear recommendations
- A proven track record of acting as a strategic partner to non-finance leaders
- Experience or a demonstrated ability to mentor and develop a high-performing team
