Short Summary:

The Senior Manager, Technical Recruiting will lead the technical recruiting function during a pivotal growth period, focusing on attracting and hiring top technical talent across various organizations.

Responsibilities:
- Set and drive the overall technical recruiting strategy across multiple business units.
- Build, lead, and scale a team of Recruiters and Sourcers.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Director+ and VP level stakeholders on hiring strategy.
- Own recruiting performance across technical orgs, translating metrics into actionable insights.
- Lead adoption of AI and automation in recruiting workflows.
- Champion structured, inclusive interviewing practices.
- Develop scalable playbooks and interview training programs.

Requirement:
- 10+ years of technical recruiting experience, including 4+ years leading recruiting leaders/managers.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling a recruiting organization during hypergrowth.
- Strong track record advising executive leadership on hiring and workforce planning strategy.
- Deep fluency in recruiting data and metrics.
- Expert-level knowledge of ATS platforms and AI-enabled recruiting tools.
- Exceptional executive presence and communication skills.
