Short Summary:
The Senior Technical Instructional Designer is responsible for designing high-impact, scalable learning experiences for technical enablement audiences, including Sales Engineers, Partners, and Alliances. This role partners closely with the Director of Content Development to translate technical strategy and business requirements into structured learning programs.
Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with the Director of Content Development to shape enablement strategies and curriculum roadmaps.
- Translate technical strategy and field needs into clear learning objectives and instructional frameworks.
- Lead the design of end-to-end learning experiences, including course architecture, assessments, and workshops.
- Establish and maintain instructional design standards and best practices.
- Design for multiple delivery modalities, including eLearning and instructor-led training.
- Apply adult learning principles to improve retention and technical fluency.
- Use learner feedback and performance indicators to assess effectiveness and improve learning experiences.
Requirement:
- Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making and improve efficiency.
- Significant experience designing training for technical enablement audiences.
- Advanced instructional design expertise, including curriculum architecture and assessment strategy.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Experience using feedback and data to evaluate learning effectiveness.
