Short Summary:
As a global leader in cybersecurity, CrowdStrike is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager for Falcon Guide, an AI-assisted guided discovery and conversion system. This role involves owning the product roadmap and collaborating with various teams to enhance customer experience and drive conversion.

Responsibilities:
- Own the Falcon Guide product roadmap end-to-end, including three phases of development.
- Track key performance metrics such as task-completion rate and successful action rate.
- Partner with digital teams to guide prototyping, scope technical feasibility, and align trial-funnel touchpoints.
- Represent Falcon Guide's priorities and performance to senior stakeholders.

Requirement:
- B.S./B.A. or equivalent preferred, plus 8+ years of relevant product management experience.
- Experience in building guided-discovery or personalization products and utilizing AI technologies.
- Strong cross-functional influence skills and ability to coordinate across teams.
