Our client is a fast-growing DTC e-commerce brand in the women’s health and wellness industry. The company offers natural wellness products and operates through Shopify with a subscription-based model.

About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven Creative Strategist with experience creating high-performing paid social concepts for DTC e-commerce brands.

You will turn customer insights, market research, and performance data into compelling advertising concepts that drive customer acquisition and subscription growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative strategies for Meta, TikTok, and other paid social channels.
• Research customers, competitors, trends, pain points, and buying motivations.
• Create concepts, hooks, messaging angles, scripts, and storyboards.
• Prepare clear briefs for video editors, designers, and UGC creators.
• Build and manage structured creative testing plans.
• Analyze metrics such as CTR, CPA, CVR, ROAS, and video retention.
• Identify winning ads and develop new iterations to scale performance.
• Collaborate with media buyers and the creative production team.
• Organize creative tests, results, and key learnings.
• Ensure messaging follows brand and advertising guidelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Creative Strategist for DTC e-commerce brands.
• Strong knowledge of direct-response advertising and performance creative.
• Experience developing paid social creatives for Meta and TikTok.
• Ability to turn research and performance data into actionable concepts.
• Experience writing hooks, scripts, ad copy, and creative briefs.
• Understanding of UGC, testimonials, problem-solution ads, product demonstrations, and educational formats.
• Knowledge of e-commerce funnels and customer acquisition.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Portfolio or examples of ads that generated measurable results.

Nice to Have

• Experience in women’s health, wellness, supplements, beauty, or personal care.
• Experience with Shopify and subscription-based brands.
• Familiarity with creative research and analytics tools.
• Understanding of health and wellness advertising compliance.
