About the role:

Creative Fabrica is building a new generation of AI products, and some of the most important conversations about AI happen inside communities: Reddit, Discord, forums and other places where people share tools, workflows, opinions and recommendations. We want Creative Fabrica to be genuinely present in these communities - not through corporate posts or spam, but by understanding each community, participating in conversations and creating things people actually find useful, interesting or worth discussing.

As our Reddit & Community Operator, you will own Creative Fabrica's presence and growth across Reddit and other relevant online communities. You'll identify where our audiences spend their time, understand the culture and rules of each community, participate actively and develop creative ways to generate awareness, conversations and organic distribution around Creative Fabrica.

This is not a traditional community management role where your main responsibility is moderating our own Discord. Your job is to go where the conversations already happen and make Creative Fabrica relevant there. You'll have significant freedom to experiment: constantly discovering new communities, testing approaches, learning what resonates and scaling the tactics that work. The goal is to make Creative Fabrica a name people repeatedly encounter, discuss and recommend across the AI community.

This is a full-time, in-office role at our Amsterdam HQ, with an annual allowance of 30 work-from-anywhere days.

What you will do: 

• Own our community presence - take charge of Creative Fabrica's presence and organic distribution across Reddit and other relevant online communities
• Map where our users hang out - identify the subreddits, Discord communities, forums and niche platforms where our potential users are already active, and build a deep understanding of each one's culture, rules, language and interests
• Join conversations genuinely - participate actively where Creative Fabrica or our products are genuinely relevant, contributing useful information, ideas and resources rather than promotion
• Create community-native content - craft original posts around what each specific community finds interesting: product use cases, comparisons, experiments, workflows and results people naturally want to discuss
• Run creative experiments - maintain a high experimentation velocity, continuously testing new communities, formats, concepts and initiatives that can generate organic conversation and awareness
• Build relationships that open doors - connect with moderators, community owners and power users, and spot opportunities for AMAs, partnerships, exclusive access, challenges and other community-driven initiatives
• Plug into launches - collaborate with Product Marketing and our creative team (designers, motion designers, video editor) to introduce new products to communities in a platform-native way
• Listen and report back - monitor conversations about Creative Fabrica, our competitors and the broader AI market, and surface recurring feedback, requests and competitive insights to the company
• Track and scale what works - measure reach, engagement, referral traffic and mentions, and document winning approaches so they can be repeated and scaled

What you will need: 

• 2+ years of internet-native experience - in community, Reddit, social media, audience development or another internet-native growth role
• Deep Reddit fluency - you understand subreddit dynamics, moderation, karma and community rules, and you know what makes content succeed or fail
• Broad community range - a strong understanding of Discord, forums and other online communities, plus internet culture and how online conversations develop
• Proven organic engagement - demonstrable experience creating content or participating in communities in ways that generate meaningful organic engagement
• Sharp, adaptable writing - excellent written English and conversational copywriting, with the ability to adapt tone and approach to very different communities
• Extremely online instincts with strong judgment - you naturally get internet culture, you're patient enough to build credibility, and you know the difference between clever distribution and spam
• A high-output, experimental mindset - proactive without a predefined content calendar, comfortable running many small experiments at once and reading analytics and referral data to see what's working

Nice to have: 

• A Reddit growth track record - experience growing products or brands through Reddit, creating viral or highly discussed posts, or driving significant organic traffic from communities
• Community operator experience - you've run or moderated a subreddit, Discord server or other community, or have existing relationships with moderators in AI or technology
• Insight tooling - experience with social listening and community-monitoring tools, or turning community feedback into product and marketing insights
• Startup and AI exposure - experience with AI, SaaS or consumer products, familiarity with Hacker News, Product Hunt and emerging AI communities, or time in a fast-moving, high-autonomy environment
