Short Summary:
Project Coordinators support various administrative, coordination, and scientific tasks related to client projects, working across teams in Medical Communications, Market Access, Evidence Development, and Rare Diseases.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing delivery of scientific work to clients in the healthcare sector
- Formatting and quality control of scientific documents
- Assisting Project Managers with client communication and progress reports
- Coordinating logistics for events and meetings
- Monitoring project timelines and scheduling meetings
- Supporting the development of planning tools and project compliance
- Liaising with external suppliers and managing project budgets
- Supporting Analysts and Medical Writers in report preparation
- Organizing team meetings and internal activities
Requirement:
- Degree level or equivalent in a scientific discipline (minimum GPA 3.3)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with a genuine interest in healthcare
- Ability to manage conflicting deadlines and work independently
