Responsibilities:
- Oversee all duties carried out by the team during shifts.
- General supervision of the store and staff, delegating duties as required.
- Ensure opening and closing procedures are followed efficiently.
- Comply with and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Assist in the induction, training, and development of staff.
- Ensure efficient operation of checkouts.
- Promote the Customer Loyalty programme.
- Manage stock and check deliveries against dockets.
- Handle customer queries and complaints with high standards of care.
- Maintain hygiene standards and store presentation.
- Comply with Health & Safety requirements.
- Be responsible for the Service Station in the absence of the Store Manager.
- Perform other duties as directed by management.
