Short Summary:
The Field Marketing Representative will drive wholesale sales of cannabis and cannabis products to licensed dispensaries within their assigned territory, blending sales execution with brand ambassador responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
- Drive wholesale sales and account management by prospecting, pitching, and closing sales with dispensaries.
- Manage and grow existing accounts with exceptional service and support.
- Track sales activities and results using CRM tools.
- Serve as the face of the brand at events and educate dispensary staff on products.
- Collect market feedback and communicate insights to leadership.
- Ensure compliance with state cannabis regulations.

Requirement:
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in cannabis or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Knowledge of cannabis products and compliance regulations is a plus.
