Short Summary:
At CommCare Corporation, we’re seeking a Housekeeping Staff member for St. Anthony's Gardens. This role is vital in ensuring residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team.

Responsibilities:
- Dust wall vents, handrails, ceiling fans, baseboards, furniture, and blinds.
- Vacuum, spot clean, and shampoo carpets and furniture as needed.
- Sweep and mop floors.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, ensuring that all paper goods and soap dispensers are stocked adequately.
- Check for and remove marks from walls.
- Empty trash cans in resident apartments/suites and common areas.
- Follow proper cleaning and infection control policies and procedures.
- Document provision of services in accordance with Company policy.
- Report any hazards, violations, or sanitation issues to the Director of Maintenance and Housekeeping.
- Work collaboratively with peers and other team members to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all residents.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times, particularly when interacting with residents and their families.
- Communicate with residents, family members, and guests in a respectful, diplomatic manner.

Requirement:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
- Possess an affinity for working with seniors.
- Professional and neat appearance and presentation, including adherence to the dress code and good personal hygiene.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people at all levels.
