Short Summary:
Cogent Labs, an AI startup in Tokyo, is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to translate cutting-edge AI technology into successful B2B SaaS products, bridging technical development and strategic business goals.

Responsibilities:
- Understand customer needs and market trends to create detailed technical specifications (PRDs).
- Act as the key interface between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Develop product strategies and own the execution of roadmaps for AI-based solutions.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, knowledge sharing, and experimentation.

Requirement:
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally with B2B SaaS products.
- Proven ability to understand complex technical concepts and connect them to business strategy.
- Demonstrated success working with R&D and engineering teams.
- Fluent Japanese (written and spoken) and Business level English.
- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
