Short Summary:

As a Network & Infrastructure Operations Engineer, you will manage, secure, and scale our network infrastructure across private cloud, physical data centers, and multi-cloud environments to ensure peak reliability and performance.

Responsibilities:
- Provision, configure, deploy, and tune Layer 2/3 networks across Cisco/Meraki, Dell, Juniper, and Palo Alto firewalls.
- Maintain high-capacity links, routing protocols, and proactively resolve network bottlenecks.
- Automate network operations using Ansible, Python, and Terraform.
- Multi-level troubleshooting for incident triage and resolution.
- Maintain operational runbooks, network topology diagrams, and change management records.
- Partner with InfoSec to manage certificates/keys and enforce firewall policies.

Requirement:
- Relevant technical studies or a BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on enterprise, data center, or cloud network operations experience.
- Experience managing enterprise network vendors and Palo Alto firewalls.
- Strong foundation in Linux networking fundamentals and Kubernetes networking.
- Proficiency with automation tools such as Python, Ansible, or Terraform.
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Clear technical communication and strong documentation skills.
