Short Summary:
A fast-growing, Y Combinator–backed startup in the AI marketing space is hiring their first engineer in Munich. This is a true founding-scope role: you will own full product features end to end, working side by side with the founders and directly with customers.

Responsibilities:
- Own full product features from ambiguous problem through to live, customer-validated product
- Work directly with founders and customers to figure out what to build next
- Design and implement LLM pipelines and agentic workflows that power core product capabilities
- Build across the full stack — frontend UI, backend services, and data layers
- Design simple, intuitive UX for complex workflows
- Talk to customers regularly and translate feedback into concrete product improvements
- Continuously iterate until features create measurable customer value

Requirement:
- Eligible to work in Germany, or able to obtain a work visa (sponsorship is available)
- Willingness to work on-site in Munich — this role is fully on-site
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing LLM pipelines and agentic workflows in production
- Strong track record shipping production SaaS features end to end
- Comfortable owning full-stack work from a blank page to a live product
- Skilled at designing clear, simple UX for complex product surfaces
- Solid experience with TypeScript and React
- Strong communication skills and genuine enthusiasm for direct customer engagement
- Has shipped a product from 0 to 1 before
