Short Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Model customer production scenarios, including capacities, costs, and constraints.
- Develop and maintain the engine that runs optimization models.
- Ensure the interface between software and mathematics is user-friendly.
- Scale models to handle multiple sites and complex constraints.
- Own the entire process from model creation to production deployment.
Requirement:
- Experience in combinatorial optimization (MILP/CP) with production-quality Python.
- Familiarity with algorithm design, including CP-SAT and Gurobi.
- Ability to handle messy data and tight deadlines.
- Strong understanding of numerical issues in optimization.
- Proficient in German (C1) and fluent in English.
- Team-oriented with a proactive approach.
