Short Summary:
We are building the world's decision infrastructure for complex combinatorial problems, helping organizations optimize critical value-chain decisions. This role involves owning the product roadmap and translating requirements between Sales and Engineering.
Responsibilities:
- Own the product roadmap and the reasoning behind it.
- Define what to build next, in which order, and what to decline.
- Manage the boundary between standard product, configuration, and manual work.
- Create requirements for engineering, including scope and acceptance criteria.
- Run proofs of value and manage individual accounts.
- Build prototypes to test features with customers.
- Measure the transition from project work to standard product.
Requirement:
- 5+ years in product management or consulting with genuine product proximity.
- Technical and analytical foundation in engineering, data analytics, or related fields.
- Experience making decisions under incomplete information.
- Fluent in German (C1+) and English.
- Ability to engage with plant managers or controllers to understand their decision-making processes.
