Short Summary:
This role is for one of the Weekday's clients requiring a Chemist with a minimum of 1+ years of experience.
Responsibilities:
- Daily parameters testing – pH, TSS, TDS, MLVSS, COD, BOD, reagent preparation as per SOP- Supervision of Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP)- Chemical dosing to maintain the required pH in the aeration tank, primary tank, and secondary tank- Monitoring Sludge Removal- Preparation of Form 3 and Form 5- Maintaining and checking stock for expiry- Maintaining the log book for the chemist and reviewing the operator's log book- Training of Operator
Requirement:
- Education: B.Sc Chemistry- Knowledge of Analysis is a must- Knowledge of environmental parameters testing will be beneficial- Excellent active listening and presentation skills- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- Extremely organized and detail-oriented- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills- Team player- Good time-management skills
