Short Summary:
Join the IT Engineering team at Checkr as a Staff AI Solutions Engineer, where you will drive AI enablement and solutions engineering across all departments. This role combines technical expertise with a passion for teaching and empowering others.
Responsibilities:
- Embed with internal teams to gather requirements and identify AI use cases.
- Facilitate AI office hours and lead company-wide hackathons.
- Evaluate and configure AI tools and platforms.
- Design and deploy custom AI solutions tailored to team needs.
- Develop reusable resources and training materials for AI adoption.
- Architect standardized AI workflows for scalability.
- Lead training sessions and workshops to enhance AI fluency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies.
- Contribute to the AI strategy and roadmap.
- Communicate findings and advocate for AI adoption with stakeholders.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience; graduate degree is a plus.
- 5+ years in engineering or solutions engineering roles.
- 3+ years developing AI-centric products and solutions.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with AI frameworks.
- Ability to lead enablement programs and gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills and a builder’s mindset.
- Passion for AI and helping others harness its potential.
