Short Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and result-driven finance leader to head the Finance & Accounts function, overseeing financial planning, compliance, reporting, and driving business growth through strong financial governance in a B2C environment (Automobile / FMCG).

Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the overall financial strategy aligned with business goals
- Partner with CEO/Board to support strategic decision-making and growth plans
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
- Oversee accurate and timely financial statement preparation
- Ensure full compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, and statutory requirements
- Supervise GST filings and manage audit processes (GST & statutory)

Requirement:
- Proven ability in financial strategy, planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Strong business acumen with experience influencing leadership decisions
- Deep knowledge of financial reporting (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow)
- Strong expertise in GST, Income Tax, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Hands-on experience managing GST filings (GSTR-1, 3B, 9, 9C) and audits
- Strong experience in cash flow, fund management, and working capital optimization
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Telugu language is mandatory
