Short Summary:
Bumble Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Integrity Operations Specialist to join the Trust Operations team within the Scaled Abuse pillar. This role involves investigating complex moderation reports and building expertise in the Integrity & Authenticity harm domain.

Responsibilities:
- Investigate and take action on user reports and proactive detections related to safety concerns, specifically within the Spam, Scam & Fraud space.
- Handle a high volume of cases with strong attention to detail.
- Navigate new workflows and less defined cases, making decisions independently.
- Apply critical thinking to assess context and identify patterns.
- Share observations to improve operational processes and safety outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex cases and provide feedback on moderation tooling.
- Use AI-supported tools and internal systems to support workflows.
- Participate in on-call rotations, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirement:
- Typically requires 1–2 years of experience, preferably in Trust & Safety, customer support, crisis response, or content moderation.
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to make sound decisions with incomplete information.
- Comfortable working within established processes and navigating less structured tasks.
- Flexible and open to evolving responsibilities and workflows.
- Confident using digital tools and systems, including AI-enabled tools.
- Clear and compassionate communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
- Works collaboratively and approaches work with an agile mindset.
- Comfortable in a hybrid environment.
