Short Summary:
Bumble is seeking a Director of Culture Marketing to enhance its cultural relevance among Gen Z by transforming cultural insights into actionable marketing strategies. This role will involve close collaboration with various teams to ensure the brand remains ahead of cultural trends.
Responsibilities:
- Be Bumble's expert on Gen Z culture, identifying emerging trends and cultural moments.
- Develop and lead Bumble's cultural marketing strategy.
- Lead celebrity, talent, influencer, and creator strategy to strengthen cultural relevance.
- Build and scale Bumble's creator ecosystem to drive engagement.
- Partner with various teams to ensure campaigns reflect cultural trends and Gen Z behaviors.
- Act as a cultural advisor, sharing insights and recommendations with leadership.
- Collaborate with Product to integrate cultural insights into product strategy.
Requirement:
- Exceptional ability to understand, predict, and influence culture.
- Background in culturally relevant brands, social media, creative agencies, or entertainment sectors.
- Deep understanding of Gen Z culture and digital trends.
- Strong instincts for relevance and authenticity.
- Ability to advise executives and collaborate with creative teams.
