Short Summary:
Bruker is seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead the FP&A and Finance Excellence function across BDAL, BIOS Group. This role involves driving business performance, strengthening planning and reporting capabilities, and supporting key strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Lead divisional FP&A activities, including forecasting, budgeting, financial planning, close processes, management reporting, and P&L performance analysis.
- Deliver actionable business insights by analyzing key financial and operational drivers.
- Drive planning and reporting excellence, ensuring high-quality deliverables and effective governance.
- Provide strategic finance partnership as the primary finance business partner to divisional leadership.
- Lead and develop the FP&A & Finance Excellence team.
- Support strategic initiatives and finance transformation efforts.

Requirement:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field required; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
- Significant experience in FP&A, controlling, or business finance within international organizations.
- Languages: German (communicative proficiency) and English (fluent).
- Experience with SAP, SAC, Power BI or other reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
