Short Summary:
Oversee CAD flow development and ESD design methodology, ensuring efficient and compliant design processes while integrating ESD protection principles.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the PERC & PathFinder flows and provide internal user support.
- Manage staff and projects, implementing internal and external tools.
- Lead and guide CAD project teams for operational and technical excellence.
- Supervise, train, and mentor CAD team members.
- Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to define project scopes and deliverables.
- Ensure quality control of CAD outputs and compliance with standards.
- Establish ESD design guidelines and best practices.
- Review and approve electronic designs for ESD compliance.
- Conduct ESD analysis and simulations.
- Provide training on ESD-safe design principles.
- Maintain communication with management on ESD compliance.
- Evaluate and implement emerging CAD and ESD technologies.

Requirement:
- MS in Engineering or similar, with 12+ years of ESD & CAD experience and 3+ years of management experience.
- Advanced proficiency in multiple CAD software platforms.
- Deep understanding of CAD software capabilities and industry standards.
- Proficient in scripting languages like Perl and Python; EDA specific languages are a plus.
- Solid understanding of ESD fundamentals and design analysis tools.
- Exceptional leadership and project management skills.
- Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset.
