Short Summary:
The Vibrant Living Director at Brightview Senior Living is responsible for creating and leading programs that foster a spirit of vibrant living among residents, ensuring they live their fullest lives possible.

Responsibilities:
- Create a schedule of planning activities, events, and programs for residents.
- Provide leadership and direction to associates, focusing on high-quality social, physical, educational, and spiritual programs.
- Monitor trends in senior living and support the development of meaningful programs.
- Develop strategies and best practices, manage company-wide initiatives, and measure resident participation and satisfaction.

Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (marketing, education, geriatrics preferred).
- 7+ years in a public-facing role, with 3+ years in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong communication skills, project management, event planning, and proficiency in MS Office.
- Knowledge of senior living regulations and safety considerations.
