Short Summary:
Amerita, a subsidiary of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support the home infusion market, which is rapidly growing due to an aging population and increasing chronic diseases.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinates and facilitates new referrals and admissions through collaboration with nurses, customer service, and distribution.
- Conducts and documents initial and ongoing assessments of specific patient, drug, and disease information.
- Answers inquiries from patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintains thorough documentation in the customer/patient record of all clinical activities.
- Prepares labels, prescriptions, and compounding/mixing worksheets.
- Participates in branch management and quality improvement activities.

Requirement:
- Completion of an accredited pharmacy technician program.
- Registered pharmacy technician license and national certification.
- 1+ years of pharmacy experience (home infusion/retail preferred).
- IV certification preferred.
- Strong math and communication skills.
