Short Summary:
Join BP3 as a Senior Automation Consultant, engaging with clients to develop strategic automation solutions and lead teams in implementing these solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Consultation & Strategy Development: Engage with clients to understand their requirements and formulate strategic automation solutions.
- Planning & Implementation: Lead process discovery, ideation, and opportunity assessments; construct business cases and implementation roadmaps.
- Sales & Account Management: Provide sales support, develop proposals, and collaborate with Strategic Account Managers.
- Automation Programme Shaping & Advisory: Align with client’s vision and consult on their automation agenda; run opportunity assessments.
- Client Engagement: Guide clients through the automation journey, ensuring project success and accountability for deliverables.
- Technology Consultation: Consult on client automation programmes and conduct methodology training sessions.

Requirement:
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Master's Degree or equivalent postgraduate degree preferred.
- Prior experience in IT, especially within Automation, is beneficial.
- Consulting background and operational experience in service industries valued.
