Short Summary:
The Strategic Marketing Operations & Executive Communications Consultant will lead high-visibility initiatives across the marketing organization, focusing on designing impactful presentation materials for executive audiences and managing project management frameworks for strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Design, refine, and deliver high-impact presentation materials for CEO, Executive, and SVP+ audiences.
- Architect, launch, and manage project management frameworks and tracking systems for strategic initiatives.
- Maintain operational readouts, coordinate alignment calls, and drive execution momentum.
- Manage smaller sub-initiatives within broader projects, ensuring deliverables align with business outcomes.

Requirement:
- Executive Presentation & Deck Design (5+ Years): Proven experience in designing story-driven slide decks for C-suite and SVP-level.
- Project Management System Architecture (5+ Years): Experience in building and customizing project management workflows (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Jira).
- Data Fluency & Narrative Translation (4+ Years): Strong analytical skills and ability to translate operational metrics into strategic outcomes.
- Operational Autonomy & Deliverable Ownership: Ability to manage administrative tasks while driving strategic initiatives.
