Short Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily management of the production workforce in the Amstelveen warehouse (approx. 45 labour agency FTE)
- Ensure all bouquets are produced efficiently, on time, and in optimal quality
- Test and implement innovations and continuous improvement of the production process
- Support the expedition team in outbound transport
- Plan people and shifts on the line, and manage additional production-related activities
- Coordinate with agencies on planning and performance
- Manage time clocking of all staff
- Coordinate operations during peak times (Christmas, Valentines, Mothers Day)
- Backfill to manage fulfilment or other warehouse operations when required

Requirement:
- +3 years experience in (production) operations
- Proven leadership skills (managing a team/shift)
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and structure
- Flexibility with working hours
- Stressproof and organized
- Proactive mindset
- Digitally proficient / IT literate
- Proficient in English (both verbally and written)
- Verbal proficiency in Polish
