Short Summary:
As an SMB Account Manager, you will partner with small businesses to help them thrive using Square's tools, advocating for their needs and crafting tailored solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Own, retain, and grow a portfolio of SMB Services merchants.
- Drive expansion through product adoption, upselling, and value-based recommendations.
- Act as the voice of your merchants within Square, advocating for their needs.
- Balance proactive outreach, retention activities, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product teams to enhance customer experience.

Requirement:
- 3+ years experience in Sales, Account Management, or related field.
- Proven ability to discover and close sales opportunities.
- Strong organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for how new technologies can serve small and medium-sized businesses.
- Experience in the Services or Beauty industry is preferred.
