Responsibilities:
- Manage and drive the full recruitment cycle for hourly hiring in Pharmacy.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand organizational goals related to recruiting and retention.
- Build a talent pipeline for patient services operations and pharmacy business roles.
- Impact sourcing and hiring efficiency with a metrics-driven approach.
- Identify, source, and engage relevant talent with minimal guidance.
- Serve as the point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Contribute to building processes and infrastructure for talent acquisition.
- Ensure operational effectiveness and quality outcomes in talent acquisition.

Requirement:
- 5+ years of experience in high-volume hiring within healthcare or a hyper-scaling start-up.
- Proven track record in sourcing and closing candidates.
- Resilient and adaptable in a changing environment.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and a sense of urgency.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience.
