Short Summary:
Bitdeer is a world-leading technology company for Bitcoin mining and AI cloud, committed to providing comprehensive solutions for its customers. The role involves integrating distributed storage systems into a GPU cloud environment, focusing on performance, multi-tenancy, and reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the cloud platform storage architecture design and implement integration of commercial storage solutions (e.g., VAST, DDN, Weka Storage).
- Design and implement storage data paths using DPUs (e.g., NVIDIA BlueField).
- Manage and optimize the Host storage stack, including NVMe, NVMe-oF, RDMA, Multipath, File Systems, and Block Devices.
- Design and manage KVM/QEMU virtual machine storage solutions.
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of cloud volumes, including provisioning, mounting, detaching, snapshotting, and resizing.
- Conduct deep-dive performance optimizations focusing on IO latency analysis, IOPS optimization, RDMA tuning, and NUMA tuning.
- Collaborate with Network, Virtualization, GPU, and DPU teams to build and scale a high-performance GPU cloud platform.
Requirement:
- Deep understanding of Linux Storage Architecture, including Block Device, Device Mapper, LVM, and Filesystems.
- Proficiency in the Linux IO Stack, including io_uring, AIO, NVMe, and NVMe-oF.
- Strong expertise in RDMA Technologies, including RoCE, InfiniBand, and verbs.
- Solid hands-on experience with KVM/QEMU, libvirt, and VirtIO.
- Familiarity with Linux Networking fundamentals.
- Proficient programming skills in Python or Go.
