Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily operations of the Data Center site, ensuring availability and reliability of infrastructure and systems.
- Supervise a team of six Operations Engineers, including manpower planning and performance management.
- Ensure 24x7 operational coverage and maintain adequate staffing.
- Act as the primary escalation point for operational incidents.
- Oversee operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of AI/HPC infrastructure.
- Establish and improve operational procedures and preventive maintenance programs.
- Monitor site health, operational KPIs, and infrastructure performance.
- Coordinate hardware installation and lifecycle management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering and vendor teams for operational improvements.
- Participate in on-call rotation and provide hands-on operational support.
- Drive a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Center operations or HPC/AI infrastructure management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in team leadership.
- Proven experience managing 24x7 shift operations in a mission-critical environment.
- Strong knowledge of Data Center operations and infrastructure management.
- Familiarity with NVIDIA GPU architecture and server hardware troubleshooting.
- Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
