AI Multi-Agent Engineer

We’re expanding our automation team—and we’re looking for someone who loves building AI agents, not just “plugging ChatGPT into everything.” If you’re interested in more than just writing prompts—if you want to create systems that make their own decisions, handle errors, and run in production without constant supervision—read on 👇 Who We Are Our team automates routine business processes using AI agents: alerts, mailings, reminders, and other tasks that used to be handled manually. We currently have three specialists on the team, and we’re growing. We work on a wide range of projects—from small integrations between departments to large-scale initiatives with a real impact on the business. What we expect from you during our collaboration: Development and implementation of multi-agent systems Build and maintain custom integrations via APIs Set up and optimize data workflows: webhooks, JSON/XML parsing, Salesforce automation, Google Sheets, and Slack, TG notifications. Develop effective AI prompts to integrate large language models (LLMs) into business operations Development of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models Monitor automation processes, resolve incidents promptly, and drive ongoing improvements Research of new tools, libraries and practices in the field of AI This role is a great fit if you: 1-3 years of experience with no-code/low-code automation, n8n as primary tool (Zapier/Make — a plus) Practical experience building at least one agent-based workflow (not a linear automation) Practical experience with REST APIs, OAuth2, webhooks Python or JavaScript — ability to write custom scripts/nodes for integrations Relational databases (SQL) — storing state, logs, scraping results Experience integrating at least one LLM provider (OpenAI/Claude/Ollama) into a production workflow Prompt engineering — writing and optimizing prompts The following would be a plus: Experience with web scraping (Playwright, Scrapy, Selenium, or similar) Familiarity with agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph) Understanding of how queues and schedulers work (cron, SQS, or similar) Experience in the iGambling industry Basic knowledge of DevOps: CI/CD, monitoring What we offer: 24 days of vacation + days off Remote work — choose any corner of the world to “be with us” Support for your learning and professional development through external courses and educational activities (conferences, webinars, etc.) Benefit Café: reimbursement for sports activities, English language courses, and mental health support Health insurance Financial support during difficult life situations—we understand that this is an extremely challenging time for every Ukrainian, so we’re here for you not only on the “good days” but also on the “tough ones.” Employee referral program.
