Short Summary:
BetterHelp is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Finance to serve as a strategic finance partner, helping to evaluate growth opportunities and improve financial decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic finance partner to commercial, operational, and business leaders.
- Own and improve planning and forecasting for key business areas.
- Build and maintain driver-based financial models.
- Analyze actual performance versus forecast/budget and identify key drivers of variance.
- Develop business cases for new initiatives and partnerships.
- Support analysis of insurance-related business drivers.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on complex business questions.
- Prepare executive-ready materials for various reviews and discussions.
- Develop KPI reporting and performance management tools.
- Partner effectively with various teams to ensure accurate financial analysis.
- Identify opportunities to improve models, reporting, and decision-making tools.
- Drive financial discipline across planning cycles.
- Support ad hoc strategic projects and analyses.

Requirement:
- 5–7+ years of relevant experience in corporate finance, FP&A, investment banking, or management consulting.
- At least 1–2 years of Commercial Finance/FP&A experience.
- Required experience in healthcare or closely related insurance-covered healthcare business model.
- Strong understanding of healthcare revenue models and P&L dynamics.
- Advanced financial modeling skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High data fluency and experience with BI tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
