Responsibilities:
- Manages management performance reporting for senior leadership reviews.
- Ensures timely and accurate reporting with understanding of variances.
- Manages annual target and budget preparation.
- Aligns business data systems with accounting systems.
- Provides analytical support on special projects.
- Maintains strong relationships with senior leadership.
- Leads transformation initiatives and operational improvements.
- Develops high-quality analytics and presentation materials.
- Coordinates with finance and business functions for seamless processes.
- Provides thought leadership and change management.
- Experience in hiring and leading diverse teams.

Requirement:
- Experience in financial analysis and reporting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
