Responsibilities:
- Supports the daily operations of the Merchandising Team.
- Responds to both internal and external inquiries.
- Assists with preparation and proofing of necessary data, style lists, or reports.
- Analyzes reporting for insights.
- Assists in the curation of product for marketing purposes.
- Evaluates vendor products and selects those best suited to the campaign.
- Enters, updates, manages, and tracks Purchase Orders for Core Buys.
- Makes recommendations on re-orders and helps analyze performance.
- Reviews competitor promotions and pricing, making suggestions on pricing, promotions, and assortment.
- Recommends changes in processes to improve service, quality, and/or reduce costs.
- Follows prescribed legal guidelines and requirements.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirement:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Proven ability to collaborate with others to understand and complete project goals.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills.
- Excellent time management and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines.
- Must be detail-oriented and work effectively across various departments.
- Preferred: 1-2 years of Office experience, preferably in an e-Commerce setting; Degree in Merchandising, Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or a related field.
