The Talent Acquisition Lead owns hiring at BEAT81, responsible for attracting exceptional talent and creating a positive hiring experience.

Responsibilities:
- Own hiring end-to-end across BEAT81, ensuring attraction and assessment of outstanding talent.
- Partner closely with leaders to improve hiring decisions and create accountability.
- Build strong talent pipelines and continuously improve recruitment processes and employer brand.
- Introduce structured interviews and data-driven decision making to enhance quality and candidate experience.
- Track pipeline health and hiring performance to inform business decisions.

Requirement:
- 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in a high-growth startup or technology business.
- Proven track record of hiring across various functions.
- Exceptional sourcing skills and early adopter of AI in recruiting.
- Strong stakeholder management and experience with structured interviewing.
- Experience using Greenhouse or a comparable ATS.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
