Short Summary:
At Bazaarvoice, we create smart shopping experiences by connecting brands and retailers with consumers through user-generated content and valuable insights. We are looking for a Technical Services Engineer to deliver and support our C&C products and services.

Responsibilities:
- Implement Content and Creators (C&C) products for Bazaarvoice clients.
- Manage deliverables and timelines for varying technical projects/tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide technical consulting and support for Bazaarvoice C&C products and services to client-facing colleagues and clients.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to resolve bugs and provide technical input for feature development.
- Develop and execute queries on datasets using SQL and REST web services.
- Develop tooling/scripting to automate tasks and perform data analysis.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation.

Requirement:
- 1+ years of experience in an IT role supporting software/SaaS client products or services.
- Fluent English skills.
- Strong analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic or intermediate experience with scripting languages (e.g. JavaScript, Python, Bash).
- Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git).
