Short Summary:
Bazaarvoice is seeking a Global Lead, Client Advocacy to build, nurture, and activate the voices of clients, partners, and industry influencers. This role is pivotal in transforming clients into vocal brand advocates and generating authentic social proof.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and scale a high-impact global advocacy program using top-tier platforms (e.g., Gainsight, G2, Gartner Peer Insights)
- Recruit and onboard key clients for high-value advocacy initiatives
- Capture structured feedback and community trends to inform strategies
- Track, analyze, and report advocacy metrics and their impact on brand reputation
- Build and execute a B2B community strategy to drive engagement
- Partner with Content Marketing to extract client stories and produce marketing assets
- Host virtual meetups and user groups to encourage peer-to-peer connection
- Connect Sales teams with referenceable clients to generate pipeline
Requirement:
- 7+ years in B2B SaaS community management, customer marketing, or advocacy programs
- Hands-on experience with advocacy/community tools and CRM/Marketing suites
- Proven track record working directly with C-level executives
