Short Summary:
As a Key Holder, you will support delivering sales plan through effective execution of store and operational tasks. Our store leaders are dedicated brand ambassadors who thrive on customer connections.

Responsibilities:
- Leading shift and assisting customers
- Executing operations
- Acting as Manager on Duty when scheduled
- Providing individual and team performance feedback
- Leading exceptional in-store customer experiences
- Performing opening and closing routines
- Creating genuine connections with customers
- Assisting with visual presentation and marketing placement
- Maintaining safety standards and store appearance

Requirement:
- Customer-facing retail experience
- Ability to lead shifts and provide coaching
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Availability for varied shifts including evenings/weekends/holidays
- High school diploma, GED certificate, or relevant work experience
