Responsibilities:
- Manage a large multi-faceted project/account/campaign or multiple projects simultaneously.
- Collaborate with agency teams to establish effective project and staffing plans.
- Act as a liaison between agency team members and partners.
- Ensure proper forecasting for all projects on assigned accounts.
- Manage workflow, timelines, and budgets for projects.
- Work with Creative Services Manager to manage creative resources.
- Communicate status updates and provide meaningful feedback to teams.
- Analyze and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain high attention to detail and seek additional opportunities for expertise.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Experience with Veeva Promats for MLR submissions required.
- 5+ years of project or account management experience in a high-volume pharmaceutical advertising agency required.
- Experience with timeline development and budget management required.
- Self-motivated, professional, detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in PC and MS Office Suite software.
