Responsibilities:
- Customer Assistance & Communication – Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication.
- Leadership & Teamwork – Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment.
- Sales & Metrics Mindedness – Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience, while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.
- Inventory Management & Store Operations – Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper point of sale procedures.
- Process Orientation & Safety Compliance – Utilize structured processes to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
- Product Knowledge – Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems.
- Diagnostics Support – Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.
Requirement:
- Must be at least 16 years old to apply.
- Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
- Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Basic knowledge of automotive parts is preferred.
- Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
- Previous experience in automotive retail is a plus.
- Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification is beneficial.
