Short Summary:
Ataccama is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design and ensure the reliability of LLM agents within their AI-powered platform, focusing on data quality, cataloging, and governance workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Designing, building, and hardening LLM agents for data quality, catalog, and governance tasks.
- Owning agent reliability end to end, including evaluation harnesses and production observability.
- Designing and evolving agent tooling layers for secure capability exposure.
- Building and tuning RAG pipelines for reliable access to customer data.
- Working across LLM gateways and model providers to optimize inference.
- Setting technical standards and conducting design reviews.
Requirement:
- Strong, modern Python experience with a track record of shipping LLM agents to production.
- Hands-on experience with agent architectures and their failure modes.
- Practical experience with MCP or comparable protocol/tooling design.
- Experience in agent evaluation and observability.
- Familiarity with RAG, retrieval, and grounding techniques.
- Comfort with LLM gateways/proxies and provider APIs.
- Healthy skepticism toward hype and ability to surface trade-offs.
- Nice to have: Kubernetes, AWS, or Azure experience; background in data management, data quality, or governance; exposure to OAuth2/SSO and multi-tenant service design.
