Short Summary:
At Gallagher, we help clients face risk with confidence. As a Hybrid Broker Placement Executive, you will work closely with insurers and producers to develop strategic plans for placing business, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough reviews and analyses of expiring coverage information.
- Prepare and submit insurance applications to appropriate carriers for quotes.
- Analyze quotes for accuracy and negotiate premiums, coverages, terms, and conditions.
- Engage with panel insurance carriers and underwriters to develop business relationships.
- Support producers in securing new business and collaborate with claims teams.

Requirement:
- Minimum 3 years of Commercial/P&C broker experience.
- Existing insurer relationships and ability to lead presentations.
- Required insurance licensing and familiarity with EPIC is a plus.
- Strong communication and solution-oriented skills.
