Short Summary:
Arηs Group, part of Accenture, specializes in managing complex public sector IT projects, including systems integration and solution implementation. The Business Analyst will maintain relationships with stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and analyze processes to identify opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain productive relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
- Facilitate discovery sessions and workshops to capture and validate business requirements.
- Analyze current-state business processes and identify opportunities for simplification and automation.
- Inform stakeholders of obligations to adhere to technical standards and policies.
- Assess business demands for value, risks, and implementation considerations.
- Lead requirements elicitation and business analysis activities for projects.
- Develop business test scenarios and support testing activities.
- Participate in post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned.

Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in business analysis across the full solution lifecycle.
- Expert knowledge of spoken and written English; knowledge of French or another UN language is desirable.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft 365 tools, BPMN, UML, Salesforce, and RPA.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
