Short Summary:
As a Product Owner in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) at Aristocrat, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation within our PLM/ERP ecosystem, ensuring the flawless operation of our systems and impacting business processes and customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the PLM environment, including setup, configuration, and routine maintenance.
- Provide technical support to resolve user issues and train users for efficient system use.
- Work closely with operational teams to optimize processes and support business growth.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the system through validation rules and routine audits.
- Customize and configure the system to meet operational needs and integrate with other business systems.
- Lead projects such as upgrades, migrations, and new feature deployments, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
- Develop and maintain operational reports and dashboards using Power BI and SQL.
- Act as a liaison between business teams, technical teams, and external partners to ensure clear communication.
- Consult with development teams on sprint planning, backlog refinement, and Agile ceremonies.
- Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications to guide development teams and ensure product quality.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Systems Analyst, PLM Administrator, or related role supporting enterprise business applications.
- Familiarity with Teamcenter, focusing on item creation and bills of materials.
- Expertise in SQL and SSRS for data management, reporting, and analytics.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and project lifecycle management.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills.
- Solid knowledge of PLM guidelines, customization, and configuration.
- Proficiency in data migration and integration strategies.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with data-driven decision-making using analytics tools.
- Ability to balance critical thinking with hands-on execution.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification.
