Short Summary:
Join Aristocrat as a Mathematician Manager and lead a team of outstanding mathematicians in crafting world-class gaming products, influencing technical strategy and product development.

Responsibilities:
- Own the complete development cycle for the math team: define, prioritize, build, and lead the implementation and testing of new features.
- Establish, coordinate, and refine product development processes through cooperation with process leaders and business partners.
- Manage day-to-day activities of the mathematicians’ team, ensuring project plans and delivery commitments are met.
- Coach and mentor mathematicians to grow their skills and prepare them for future leadership roles.
- Collaborate with other technical groups across diverse markets.
- Ensure operational excellence by developing and tracking metrics and alerts.
- Manage department resources, including staffing and mentoring.
- Conduct regular 1:1s with team members.
- Analyze technical solutions and recommend options based on merits.

Requirement:
- 5+ years of experience directing and supervising a team of mathematicians or technical specialists.
- Solid foundation in mathematics and gaming.
- Proficiency in establishing and advancing product development processes.
- Ability to coach and mentor team members.
- Experience collaborating with diverse technical groups.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent communication.
