Short Summary:
As a Game Operations Specialist, you will ensure game content is delivered flawlessly and punctually, becoming part of a dynamic team that values innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, coordinate, and complete game releases and content updates across multiple environments.
- Manage and maintain game configurations, including metadata, feature settings, stakes, and environment-specific parameters.
- Support business-as-usual operations by coordinating routine updates, patches, and hotfixes with minimal disruption to live environments.
- Coordinate the onboarding of new markets and operator integrations, ensuring operational readiness, structured testing, and smooth debut execution.
- Provide operational and technical support during onboarding and post-launch activities, working with internal teams to resolve configuration and integration issues.
- Monitor live operational processes and find opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, and release quality.
Requirement:
- 2+ years of experience in game operations, content distribution, release coordination, or a similar technical or operational role.
- Experience working with external partners, operators, or third-party vendors is considered an advantage.
- Familiarity with iGaming or digital content ecosystems is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High attention to detail and a proactive, practical approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with release processes, build and release tools, Excel, and other operational systems is beneficial.
