Short Summary:
Coordinate and execute road transport operations to ensure on-time deliveries, manage transport documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives within logistics processes.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute road transport operations to ensure on-time deliveries
- Plan shipments, create transport orders, and manage transport documentation
- Monitor deliveries and proactively resolve transport issues
- Cooperate with freight forwarders, carriers, customers, and internal stakeholders
- Analyze transport performance and support cost optimization initiatives
- Handle transport exceptions and ensure high service quality
- Work with transport management systems, including Transporeon
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within logistics processes
Requirement:
- Experience in logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations
- Readiness to work in a hybrid model — 2–3 days per week on-site in Kraków
- Willingness to travel to Germany during the first months of employment for onboarding and training
- Good understanding of road transport processes
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Fluent German and English (B2+)
- Experience with SAP, MS Office, and transport management systems is a plus
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or a related field will be an advantage
