Short Summary:
Join Aprio, a nationally ranked CPA and advisory firm, as a highly organized and proactive Program Associate/Virtual Events Marketing Specialist. This role supports the planning, execution, and logistics of community events and talent development programs, ensuring a seamless experience for stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Build and moderate virtual sessions, including event setup, AV tests, registration, hosting, polling, breakout rooms, recording, and troubleshooting.
- Create Zoom meeting links and manage calendar holds for events, rehearsals, and speaker prep.
- Collaborate with Aprio Learning & Development on CPE/CPD requirements.
- Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of virtual events based on feedback and best practices.
- Coordinate event communications, ensuring clarity and alignment with brand standards.
- Project manage all webinars from start to finish, including post-event reporting.
- Build and maintain registration sites and meeting apps.
- Provide Level 2 support for CRM cases related to events and talent development programs.
- Manage the Aprio Alliance community calendar of programs.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in program management, marketing, and/or virtual event support.
- Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based tools.
- Experience with virtual event delivery platforms (Zoom, Cvent, Teams preferred).
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
